WELCOME TO THE RIVERSCAPE AT GRUENE! HOUSE RULES AND MANUAL Please note the following guidelines to ensure that you have a safe and pleasant stay at our property: • Parties are prohibited. • Firearms are strictly prohibited on premises. • We do not recommend children under 6 years of age. These accommodations were not designed for children and could impose safety risks. • Please secure and lock the home with the keypad when you leave. • The Riverscape at Gruene will not be liable for lost, misplaced, stolen, or pilfered items or belongings. We advise you to safeguard your values. • The property is used at your own peril. We assume no liability for any injuries or accidents that may occur. • The use of tobacco products, vapes, or e-cigarettes is not permitted on these premises. We maintain the right to impose a $300 cleaning fee for smoke odors or evidence of smoking. • The quiet time was between 10 pm and 7 am. • The preparation of strongly scented dishes, including curry, cabbage, or fish noodles, is prohibited. A supplementary fee for ozone cleaning may be applied. • ** We retain the right to charge additional fees for any exceptional cleaning expenses incurred. NOTICE: A RING Doorbell and an outdoor security system are in use. Check-in: The registered guest must be on the property of receiving the access code after 4 pm. GUEST IDENTIFICATION: At any time, we maintain the right to ask for a current valid form of government-issued identification. AGE RESTRICTION: A guest who wishes to book must be at least 21 years old. Failure to provide identification may result in reservation cancellation and is subject to all channel rules and regulations. VISITOR(S): Please obtain approval for any overnight guests. Guests must be added and paid no later than 24 hours before check-in. An additional per-person per-night fee is applied. The maximum occupancy is (6) guests. PARKING: Parking is limited to three (3) vehicles. Only the driveway or street is used for vehicle placement. Parking is not allowed in grassy areas. Please use the designated overflow car park at Gruene Hall for additional vehicles. Please, no garage parking. FURNITURE: PLEASE DO NOT TAKE FURNITURE OUTSIDE. Furniture items such as beds, sofas, tables, and household appliances must remain original. This rule applies even if you plan to return them to their initial locations after your stay. APPLIANCES(S) Appliances, such as space heaters, portable air conditioners, and dehumidifiers, cannot be applied to this property. Please keep the doors and windows closed when using the A/C or heater. BBQ EQUIPMENT: A barbecue grill is currently stored in the garage. It is necessary to relocate the grill to the driveway before use. According to the fire safety regulations for short-term permits in New Braunfels, Cooking on a grill is not allowed inside garages or wooden decks. PETS (Suite A Only) Advanced pet approval is necessary before making a reservation. We accept one dog companion with a maximum weight of 60 pounds. Visitors can utilize outdoor areas but must ensure their pets remain on a leash. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping animals off the furnishings, disposing of pet waste properly, and thoroughly cleaning any messes with sanitized products. We regret that we are unable to accommodate cats at this time. A supplementary fee for ozone cleaning may be applied. ** Please be advised that we retain the option to seek compensation for any exceptional cleaning expenses incurred.
